We are now looking for you who want to work in production within the construction industry. You do not need to have worked with concrete before – we are looking for the right person with willingness and commitment.

Here you will work in a factory environment where walls and building components in concrete are manufactured for residential and other properties. You will become part of a close-knit team where quality, safety, and collaboration are in focus. In this role, you will work practically in production with tasks such as casting, reinforcement, post-processing, and inspection of finished building components. The work is both manual and supported by machines and tools. Reading blueprints and attention to detail are a natural part of everyday life, as well as following clear routines for quality and work environment.

The work is physical and suits you who enjoy being active at work. Working hours may vary, and day, evening, and night shifts may occur.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the manufacturing of concrete building components
• Perform practical tasks such as casting, reinforcement, and post-processing
• Work according to blueprints, instructions, and safety procedures
• Ensure quality in daily production work

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You can work independently when required, but you also work well with others in a team where collaboration is a natural part of everyday life. You have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written, and find it easy to understand instructions, routines, and safety regulations.

As a person, you are meticulous and responsible, with a solution-oriented approach to your work. You see what needs to be done and do not hesitate to take responsibility when the situation requires it. Above all, you have a desire to learn, develop, and improve in what you do.

If you have previous experience in construction, industry, or production, it is an advantage, as well as if you have worked with concrete or have a crane license or concrete training – but it is not a requirement. For us, the right attitude and commitment are more important than a perfect CV. For the right person, there are good opportunities to develop and grow in the role over time.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Willingness to learn and develop in your work

It is advantageous, but not a requirement, if you have:

• Experience in construction, industry, or production
• Previous work with concrete
• Crane license or concrete training
