About the company
RörTema was founded in 2001 and specializes in HVAC, workshop work, piping, and metalwork. With its own workshop and experienced employees, they handle everything from advanced special solutions to everyday installations. Since 2019, they have been part of Instalco – which means local proximity combined with the vast opportunities available in a national group with over 150 subsidiaries and 6,000 employees. Rörtema operates from southern Östergötland to northern Stockholm.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with a solid background in HVAC, construction, or industrial-related installations and several years of documented experience in project management within the industry. You thrive in a role that combines customer dialogue, leadership, planning, and financial responsibility – where you drive projects all the way from customer meetings to final delivery. Requirements and qualifications:
- Technical education in HVAC/Industry, construction, or equivalent practical experience.
- Several years of experience in project management in the installation industry.
- Good knowledge of contract law (AB/ABT), AMA, and industry regulations.
- Strong financial understanding – experienced in calculations, budgets, forecasts, and follow-up.
- Good familiarity with IT systems, project tools, and business systems.
- Driving license B.

You should see business trips as a natural part of the job, as Rörtema has customers over a larger geographical area.
What does the role entail?
As Project Manager at Rörtema, you will play a central role in leading, driving, and further developing a customer-oriented organization. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle – from calculations and planning to execution, follow-up, and delivery – while ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will work closely with the CEO and advisors and lead both installers, supervisors, and project managers. Your tasks will include:
- Leading and planning HVAC/Industrial projects from initiation to completion.
- Assembling and leading project teams.
- Establishing and being responsible for project budgets, timelines, and resource planning.
- Coordinating internal resources and external subcontractors.
- Ensuring that installations are carried out according to legal requirements, industry standards, and contracts.
- Developing customer relationships and ensuring high quality in dialogue and delivery.
- Conducting risk analyses and managing deviations.
- Reporting project status to management and other stakeholders.
- Contributing to structures, improvement work, and effective project methodology.
This is a direct recruitment where you will be employed directly by Rörtema, starting immediately or as agreed. The position is a full-time job of 40 hours per week. This recruitment process includes a background check that compiles previous public criminal records and financial credit checks. Interested?
