About the Position

Do you want to work in a leading role where you can drive and develop daily production? We are now looking for a team leader for a concrete factory for one of our clients in Strängnäs.

As a team leader, you are responsible for the operations during and between shifts in production. You lead and plan the daily production and work in the factory, ensure that machines and equipment function as they should, and actively work to improve routines and processes.

Your tasks may include:

• Planning the daily production.
• Leading and planning the work during shifts.
• Ensuring that equipment and production maintain high quality.
• Ordering raw materials and keeping track of spare parts.
• Driving improvement projects together with the team.
• Supporting staff and creating a safe working environment.
• Managing on-call duties as needed.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in production and leadership.
• Is solution-oriented, responsible, and enjoys developing both processes and people.
• Has technical understanding and an eye for improvements.

As a person, we want you to be responsible, goal-oriented, flexible, positive, organized, and have good collaboration skills as the work takes place at our clients' sites. We continuously review incoming applications and will only contact those who meet the application requirements.
