About the role of wheel loader operator – important responsibilities

In the role of wheel loader operator, you will have a varied job where you perform loading, unloading, and material handling. You work closely with your colleagues to ensure an efficient flow and ensure that the work is carried out with quality and safety in focus.

Job tasks – Wheel loader operator in logistics and production

• Operate and manage wheel loaders for material handling, transport, and loading of various types of goods

• Ensure that the right materials are in the right place according to applicable instructions and work orders

• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of the wheel loader

• Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area

• Collaborate with colleagues in production, logistics, and site management

• Follow safety regulations according to occupational safety rules and the company's guidelines

Qualifications and experience for wheel loader operators

• Valid professional certificate/driving license for wheel loaders (construction or goods handling)

• Experience operating wheel loaders in an industrial, contracting, or similar environment is an advantage

• Class B driver's license and good Swedish language skills in both spoken and written form

• Good physical condition and experience with practical work

• Responsible, solution-oriented, and meticulous

• You have a high safety awareness and work according to established routines

• Flexible and enjoy both independent work and collaboration within the team
