About the Position

Full-time permanent position, On site in Katrineholm. Some possibility for remote work exists, but primarily the position is stationary at the office or on-site at projects.

Job Description

We are looking for a self-driven and experienced construction project manager for Sjötorps Hus, where you will be offered an important role in planning, coordinating, and driving construction projects at various stages with responsibility for time, personnel, quality, and finances.

As a project manager, you are responsible for creating structure and progress in the projects. You lead the projects through the entire implementation process to follow-up and completion. For those interested, you will also participate in design and procurement. You will plan and follow up on schedules, conduct risk analyses, and ensure that the various parts of the project maintain the right quality and are delivered on time. Financial management is an important part of the role, where you will follow up on budgets, manage deviations, and be responsible for cost-effective project implementation.

The role involves close collaboration with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients. You will have continuous contact with customers and other stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project.

We are looking for someone who

Relevant education in the industry is advantageous, such as a construction program from high school or further education in construction from university or vocational school. Valid certificates for Bas-P and Bas-U are also advantageous. A B driver's license is a requirement.

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a similar role, such as site manager or construction project manager. You have experience in project management, construction law, documentation, and performance monitoring from the construction industry. Experience working as a skilled worker (carpenter or concrete worker) is also advantageous.

Both verbal and written communication is conducted in Swedish, so good knowledge of the language is a requirement.
