Responsibilities and duties in the consulting role within industry and production

• Participate in and contribute to the daily production and workflows of client companies.
• Perform both practical and administrative tasks according to given instructions and routines.
• Work independently and in teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety in production.
• Follow established quality and work environment routines at our client companies.
• Represent Best Bemanning in a professional manner at client sites.
• Maintain ongoing contact with your consultant manager for support and guidance regarding your assignments.

Qualifications & previous experience – the right background for an industrial consultant

• Experience or education in industry, production, warehousing, technology, logistics, or other related fields is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written), English is a plus.
• A driver's license may be required depending on the workplace and assignment.
• You have a good ability to quickly grasp new routines and tasks.
• You work meticulously and have an eye for quality and safety.
