Do you want a central role in a technical operation where your contributions truly make a difference? We are now looking for a solution-oriented and structured maintenance logistician for an assignment where service, flow, and quality are in focus. You will work closely with the operation and ensure that the right materials are in the right place – at the right time.

About the assignment

As a maintenance logistician, you are an important support in the daily work of handling and purchasing spare parts, materials, and inventory management at a production facility for both electricity and heat. You are the link between the operation, suppliers, and systems, contributing to an efficient flow that keeps the operation running.

Your responsibilities:

• Handling deliveries and inventory of materials and goods.
• Planning and executing purchases and managing orders with a sustainability perspective
• Supplier contacts and request for quotations
• Inventory management and balance handling in IFS
• Coordination with technicians and other functions in the operation
• Monitoring costs, delivery terms, and purchasing quality

Who are you?

You are structured, communicative, and thrive in a role with both operational and administrative elements. You have experience in logistics, purchasing, or technical service – and are used to working closely with the operation. Of course, you enjoy taking responsibility and creating order in the flow.

Practical information:

• Start: July 14, 2025 - December 31, 2025, with the possibility of an option for 1+1
• Scope: Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Location: Stockholm
