About the position

Do you want to play a key role in ensuring quality and sustainability in our completed projects? We are looking for someone with experience in the construction or real estate industry who enjoys working at the intersection of contracting, law, and management. As the Aftermarket Manager, you will be responsible for following up on our projects from an aftermarket perspective. You will plan and prioritize warranty inspections and represent the company during larger inspections. You have a proactive approach and ensure that processes and experiences are carried forward to new projects. You will work closely with property development, legal, and management, and be an important cog in securing quality over time.

Your profile

• Good knowledge of construction technology, inspections, and warranty issues
• Strong understanding of contract law
• Experience in aftermarket work
• Strong analytical skills and a desire to drive improvement
• Structured, solution-oriented, and communicative
• You may have previously worked as a Construction Consultant, Inspector, Site Manager, Project Manager, or similar.

You are engaged, confident in your skills, and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
