About the position

LN Industrimontage is now looking for more dismantling and demolition workers for its new team at the OKG nuclear power plant in Oskarshamn. This is part of an ongoing multi-year project where you will have the opportunity to help dismantle parts of the OKG nuclear power plant.

LN Industrimontage AB specializes in 3D-CAD drawing, manufacturing, repair, and maintenance of machinery and equipment in the mining, steel, and paper industries. The company was founded in 2012 and has its main facility in Boden with branches in Piteå, Luleå, and Gällivare. The company also performs dismantling work at the nuclear power plant in Oskarshamn and operates throughout Sweden. Over the years, we have received several awards, including three Gazelles and titles such as Master Gazelle and Super Company. What skills are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with experience in physical work, carpentry, or mechanics, who is accustomed to handling various types of tools such as grinders and other cutting tools. Other experience from similar work is also welcome to apply. We make individual assessments based on your skills, characteristics, and what we see is needed to complement a good team.

Your tasks will be performed together in smaller teams, and you will have a supervisor leading the work on site. Your day starts and ends at OKG. LN Industrimontage does not have an office on site, so your supervisor is also your closest contact with the company.

We see that you are a person who performs your work carefully, calmly, and efficiently. By working methodically and safely, you contribute to ensuring that tasks are performed correctly and care about the team doing a good job based on set requirements.

We always prioritize a safety-conscious approach and perform the assignment based on the information provided by the supervisor. This is a given for you! As a person, you are a strong team player who enjoys working closely with others and contributing to good collaboration.

We are recruiting both those who work in teams of 5 and those who fit as team leaders

The requirement to be a team leader is that you have experience working in nuclear power plants or equivalent knowledge. We also see that you should have previous experience as a team leader. We have high demands for personal suitability for this role.

Workplace safety and employment requirements

To ensure a safe and secure working environment, all candidates will undergo necessary tests and screenings as part of the recruitment process. These measures are mandatory and a prerequisite for being authorized to work with us. If you apply for this position, you must be willing to undergo these security checks or similar, as it is a requirement for employment and to start at the workplace.

Meritorious

• Living near Oskarshamn.
• Having worked in the area or at other nuclear power plants.
• If you already have access cards to OKG.
• Hot work and fall protection training.

Requirements

• Driver's license B and access to a car (due to working hours and lack of public transport to the workplace at the times we work).
• Concern for the safety of yourself and your colleagues.
• Experience in demolition and heavy industries.
• Experience with mobile platforms.
• You must be without a criminal record and able to provide a police record extract without remarks. A requirement to gain access to OKG due to the safety requirements for working in the area.

Training

The company ensures that you receive the necessary training that you lack and that is required to work inside the nuclear power plant before your employment. OKG provides the clothing and shoes you need during your workday.

Employment form

If you are hired, you will be offered a 6-month probationary employment, which can lead to a permanent position.

Employment rate

You will work full-time with a 40-hour week. The hours are distributed from Monday to Thursday, giving you a longer weekend.

Location

Oskarshamn. The workplace OKG is located about 25 km outside the community.

Salary

According to agreement. Individual salary setting based on professional experience and competence.
