We are looking for a project administrator for an authority within the Swedish power system - the placement is either Sundsvall or Västerås.

The position is full-time, and a security clearance is required.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The authority is responsible for ensuring that the electricity transmission system is safe, environmentally friendly, and cost-effective - today and in the future.

In the Network division, you will be involved in expanding and maintaining the transmission network. To meet society's needs, the authority plans to build 7000 kilometers of main grid lines over the next 20 years.

The authority's management projects are often large in scope (>1000 MSEK) and duration (approximately 7-10 years).

To support the work in the authority's construction projects, there is now a need to strengthen their project organizations with project administrators.

Job Responsibilities

Examples of job responsibilities may include:

• Documenting the project's documentation

• Administration in support systems for documentation, finance, and project reporting

• Administering internal and external meetings for the project, including taking notes and writing minutes.

• Assisting the project manager in maintaining routines regarding reporting and follow-up for the project.

Requirements (IMPORTANT, mandatory)At least a high school educationAt least 3 years of documented work experience of having independently worked as a project/program administrator or another equivalent role in complex programs/projects with many parallel projects and many internal and external stakeholders. At least 3 years of work experience with MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Meritorious

At least 3 years of experience working in the energy sector or in construction and infrastructure projectsAt least 3 years of experience working as a project administrator or equivalent role in large (>300 MSEK) construction and infrastructure projects
