Construction Project Manager for New Emergency Hospital Västerås (NAV)

Do you have experience working in the construction industry? We are now looking for a construction project manager for the New Emergency Hospital Västerås (NAV) - are you the one we are looking for?

Responsibilities

• Lead, distribute, and structure the work in all phases of the project, from feasibility study to handover of the project to management.
• Responsible for collaborating and communicating with all stakeholders in the project, including departments within the region, contractors/subcontractors, and consulting engineers.
• Lead meetings with various groups within the project.
• Ensure that milestones and goals for economy, quality, and working environment are met.

About the Workplace

Within the NAV administration, we are 19 employees working to ensure that the region's investment in a new emergency hospital is realized. We work with requirements specification, construction, commissioning, and handing over the buildings we are responsible for.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with experience in the construction industry, either as a contractor or consultant, with 10-15 years in the profession and proven competence as a project manager or site manager. Leadership training, contract law, and Bas U/Bas P are advantageous for the position. Since you will need to communicate with clients and colleagues, good knowledge of the Swedish language is required.

As a person, you can work independently and are goal- and result-oriented. You collaborate well with others, have good problem-solving analytical skills, and demonstrate good judgment in your work. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

Employment Conditions

Permanent, full-time. Start date by agreement.
