JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At Hallstahammar municipality's property department, we work with preschools, schools, healthcare buildings, and other municipal properties. We are a workplace that cares about everyone feeling good at work. We offer wellness grants and the opportunity to exchange vacation days.

We are currently looking for two operations technicians for our property department. The job responsibilities include:

• maintenance and preventive maintenance of heating plants, heating systems
• maintenance and preventive maintenance of ventilation systems
• maintenance and preventive maintenance of control and regulation equipment
• rounds in operational areas
• rounds of technical equipment
• further development of technical equipment
• energy-saving measures

The work as an operations technician varies greatly, and one day is not like the other. The advantage of the job is that you have your own responsibility for how you organize your work together with your colleagues.

Your role in the organization is very important as we largely base our budget on the fault reports you perform. You will work with everything that operations technology entails and are expected to work well both alone and with colleagues. We place great importance on who you are as a person and welcome all applicants. On-call duty may occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5 years of documented professional experience as an operations technician in the property sector.
• Documented experience of work within control and regulation.
• Self-reliant operations technician with personal responsibility.
• Good experience from IT environments and database-based property systems.
• Stress-resistant and have a positive view of work and working life.
• Driving license B is a requirement.
