We would like you to:

• Have a few years of experience in your specific role
• Be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and preferably a Swedish citizen
• For developers: .Net, Java, PowerBI, Angular, etc.
• For testers: ISTQB
• For project managers: Certification in Scrum, SAFe, or similar
• For IT security experts: ISO27001
• For requirements analysts: REQB
