Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

What You Will Work On:

• Set and monitor cost reduction goals in collaboration with the management team and other stakeholders.
• Identify new cost-saving opportunities in partnership with various service functions.
• Develop and calculate business cases for cost reduction improvements and projects.
• Ensure savings are accurately updated in the One Web system, either by updating directly or coordinating updates with other teams.
• Support portfolio management of business development projects.
• Prepare and present status updates and reports to the local management team.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in compiling and presenting data and creating impactful presentations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to compile and interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of developing and evaluating business cases.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
• Familiarity with processes in similar industries.
• A university degree in a relevant field.
