Job descriptionAre you ready to embark on an exciting journey and contribute to creating positive online experiences for millions of users? Then don’t miss this chance! Your daily role will include the following tasks:

  • Act as a point of contact for calls, chats, and emails from users
  • Provide customer service to our clients
  • Assist and communicate with customers through various channels, including phone
  • Answer customer inquiries and guide them with any product issues
  • Handle complaints
  • The position is full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Direct customer support at major events around the world
  • Other tasks as needed

Your qualifications

  • Fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken, as well as good English skills
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent problem-solving ability
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks, as well as strong communication skills to express yourself clearly and precisely
