The Role of Nurse/Ophthalmic Nurse

Your tasks will include independent patient consultations as well as teamwork. The ophthalmology clinic has operational areas in cataract, glaucoma, retina, diabetes, pediatrics, and surgery. You will be active in several of these areas.

Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday, during the day. The role is full-time and is a permanent position. Start date is according to agreement.

Högland Hospital in Eksjö is one of three hospitals in Region Jönköping County. Here, planned and emergency specialist care is provided around the clock. Approximately 110,000 people live in the catchment area. The ophthalmology clinic at Högland Hospital in Eksjö consists of about 25 employees from various professional groups. We are a small clinic with a good community where we value each other's knowledge.

Your Profile

You are a licensed nurse with an interest in ophthalmic care. If you have previous experience and/or are a trained ophthalmic nurse, we consider that an advantage.
