What does the role offer?

As a production employee at Plastbiten, you will be the vital link and a central part of our cohesive team. In this role, your versatility will shine as you work in a broad capacity where your attention to detail and quality are strong factors for success. You will work with warm bending, gluing, milling, and polishing of components into finished products. Additionally, we offer you the opportunity to gradually grow into a leadership role, where alongside daily operational work, you will have the chance to develop your leadership skills. With short series and continuously varying tasks, the role offers both flexibility and a creative challenge. Here, you will have the chance to be part of an inspiring production environment where you constantly take on new challenges.

Conditions:

• Extent: Full-time
• Start: Immediately, by agreement.
• Working hours: Daytime, Monday to Friday.

Who are you?

We are looking for an engaged individual with experience in production and manufacturing, or creative professions such as sheet metal workers or fine carpenters. The ability to create high-quality products is crucial. We welcome you with a quick learning ability who thrives in an initiative-rich group and delivers quality within given time frames. It is essential that you are handy and can read blueprints, as well as master Swedish in both spoken and written form. Experience in plastic processing/CNC and interest in a developing role is advantageous. If you want to grow with us and deliver high-quality results, we look forward to your application.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in manufacturing or fine carpentry
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.

Preferred:

• Previous experience working with plastic.
• Previous experience working in CAD.
• Previous experience as a CNC operator
