This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and PWS. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site at PWS. It is a shorter assignment of about 10 weeks starting in week 12.

What is it like to work as an assembler at PWS?

PWS is a leading company that develops and produces products and services for efficient waste management and source sorting. As an assembler, you will have an exciting role with various challenges where you will work with the assembly and disassembly of waste containers. You will also be responsible for simple repairs and adjustments of already assembled products. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for assembling the waste containers on time. The role requires precision, a good eye for detail, and the ability to work physically at a fast pace. With us, you will have the opportunity to work in a social environment and develop your practical skills!

We are also looking for an assembler who will have team leader responsibilities, an excellent opportunity for you who want a little extra challenge!

For the team leader role, we would like you to have experience in leading and motivating others.

Requirements for the position

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience in physical work
• Driving license B and access to a car
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

It is considered an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience from the industry
• Forklift license
