We are looking for a Machine Operator

We are now looking for a Machine Operator who wants to be part of their successful team and contribute to providing customers with the best quality confectionery.

Job Responsibilities

As a Machine Operator at Borgstena of Sweden, you will be responsible for handling and packing raw materials according to guidelines and ensuring that products are delivered on time. The role suits you if you are interested in learning new things and are unpretentious in your work approach – here the tasks can vary, and you will help where needed. You will become part of a team where everyone contributes to ensuring an efficient and smooth production. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Refilling, checking, and packing raw materials according to production plans and customer specifications.
  • Ensuring quality and minimizing waste by identifying and reporting deviations.
  • Participating in improvement efforts to optimize the production flow.
  • Performing daily cleaning of machines, work areas, and machine parts according to routines.
  • Following hygiene requirements within specified hygiene zones.
  • Supporting other departments and taking the initiative to help where needed.

The position is a full-time employment located in Borgstena. Working hours are during the day, and the position is planned to start in February.

Background and Personal Qualities

We are looking for someone with experience in similar work within the food or production industry. You are technically skilled with an aptitude for understanding and working with machines. You are unpretentious, curious, and enjoy taking responsibility for learning new tasks. To succeed in the role, you are meticulous, quality-conscious, and have a positive attitude towards collaborating and supporting the team.
