About the Position

As an industrial employee, you will work on manufacturing products according to specifications and ensure that high quality is maintained through careful inspections. You will be responsible for following safety regulations, operating machines and tools, and reporting any deviations. Additionally, you will participate in equipment maintenance and contribute to improvement efforts to optimize the production process for our client.

About You

Formal Competence

We are looking for someone who has completed a recognized high school education with a focus on construction and civil engineering, industry, or another education deemed equivalent. Experience in the manufacturing industry is required, as well as the ability to handle various tools and have good machine knowledge, along with basic skills in reading technical drawings. You should possess forklift licenses A1-B4 and D1. To succeed in this role, you must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of working with CNC machines or other advanced production equipment. Experience working in teams and the ability to quickly adapt to new work environments is highly valued.
