Production Planner for International Environment

Do you want to ensure that the customer's production runs smoothly and efficiently across borders? Do you have experience in coordinating and planning production and want to be part of a dynamic team? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

What will you do?

As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for order planning and delivery times between our customer's units in Tranemo and Latvia. You will ensure that all parts of the production flow work together and support both the Swedish and Latvian production. You will play an important role in synchronizing processes between the units and be a link between everyone working with production, purchasing, and delivery. You will be employed as a consultant at Jefferson Wells and work on-site at the customer. Working hours are during the day, weekdays, full-time.

Your tasks:

• Be responsible for order planning and delivery times for production in Tranemo and Latvia.
• Support the Production Manager and team leaders with updated information on the order status.
• Prepare production by ensuring that capacity and materials are available.
• Report and analyze delivery accuracy for all production.
• Coordinate delivery times and produce documentation for all production units.
• Be an active participant in the customer's daily management and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Lead and participate in project initiations and development work, as well as create and improve processes.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has high social competence and enjoys collaborating.
• Is driven and has a good ability to take initiative.
• Is skilled in working with systems and has good data knowledge.
• Is proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Has a university degree, preferably in engineering, economics, or similar.
• Has experience with the Navision system, which is a merit.
