Just like your potential future colleague Andreas mentions, you will have the freedom to put your stamp on how you and your team achieve your goals. At the same time, you will have good sparring opportunities and support from your fellow store managers in the other four stores in Sweden as well as the 40 stores in Denmark. Additionally, you will receive support from your manager, who is the regional manager for Sweden. From the head office, you will receive well-defined concepts and processes in everything from how the exhibition should look to training and education for you and your employees. All of this is spiced up with a bit of competitive spirit between the stores, but also in the form of the opportunity to achieve a bonus based on your own sales figures, in addition to your fixed salary.

Your main responsibilities as Store Manager

Your role as Store Manager is characterized by the fact that everything you know, you should both have the will and the ability to pass on to your employees, while also having a proactive attitude towards learning from them. More concretely, your main tasks will be:

• To create an overview and structure regarding the store's operations, e.g. scheduling, training, daily/weekly tasks on the floor, campaign and customer follow-up, seasonal changes (product changes), etc.
• To drive and develop the store's sales. You create sales by understanding and exceeding customer expectations and needs. With us, it is not enough to just serve customers. Therefore, we prefer that you have broad experience in personal sales, where customer expectations and needs are mapped and met to create the right sales.
• To motivate and include all your employees in a team that works together towards common goals.
• To train and develop your employees' skills – both professionally and personally.

The start date is as soon as possible. Before handing over the store in Kristianstad, you will receive comprehensive training conducted by your fellow Store Managers and your manager.

How to succeed in the role of Store Manager

• You are persistent and resilient with a strong winning mentality. You go the extra mile to find the right solution – for your customers as well as for your employees.
• You are an enthusiastic and skilled salesperson who naturally wants to drive sales and find the best solutions for our customers, among other things because our customers quickly realize if they can trust your solutions. At the same time, you have the ability to step back and let your employees shine.
• You are available to your employees and understand the importance of being a role model for the team. No task is too small or too large for you, and you take the lead, whether it’s about sales or cleaning.
• You have the ability to set a clear direction for the team and know how to motivate your team to follow this direction.
• At least two years of leadership experience in retail is preferred.
