We are looking for a Team Leader for a project with the operator Tre B2C

About Tellsome Tellsome is an established retailer for the operator Tre and has been around for over 5 years. With a dedicated team of 10–15 employees and a modern office at Lilla Torg in Malmö, we strive to always deliver high quality and the best possible service to our customers. We are now ready to grow and are therefore looking for a driven Team Leader for our project within Tre B2C.

About the role As a Team Leader at Tellsome, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team of salespeople working with Tre's products and services for private individuals. Your focus will be on maximizing performance and results while ensuring a positive work environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily coaching and follow-up of the sales team.
• Setting and following up on sales targets and ensuring the team meets its KPIs.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
• Analyzing sales results and suggesting improvements to optimize performance.
• Coordination with management to ensure the project's success.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in telemarketing, preferably as a Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.
• Can provide good references and documented results in sales.
• Is a natural leader who is passionate about motivating and inspiring others.
• Has strong communication skills and is solution-oriented.
• Is structured, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-changing environment.
