About the position:

We are looking for someone eager to work in a large and fast-growing company and ready to roll up their sleeves when needed. In the role of a salesperson with us, we want to see will, drive, creativity, and an “outside-of-the-box” thinking. We work with a structured and careful approach to selling a product or an agreement to businesses and individuals. In addition, you will participate in training and feedback sessions with your team leader to constantly develop and grow in your role as a salesperson with us.

Qualifications

What are we looking for?

We can go on about how driven and enthusiastic you need to be, but you already know that. Besides regular sales skills, we are looking for happy employees who enjoy community and are ready to take the step to work abroad. We offer training and coaching; you just need to have the will, if you bring that along, you will succeed. If you succeed, we succeed; at Effective, most people succeed!

How do you go about getting a job in Spain? Working abroad may seem complicated, but not at Effective. We help you with your identification number, insurance, bank account, and everything else practical you might need. You just need to get on a flight (which we pay for) to Barcelona. The costs in Spain for accommodation, food, and activities are lower than in Sweden, and you get more value for your money! You have plenty of colleagues to help you settle in sunny Spain, and after a few days, you will already feel at home and probably not even want to move back to Sweden (we speak from experience!).
