Job DescriptionAre you ready to embark on an exciting journey and help create positive online experiences for millions of users? Don’t miss this chance! Your daily role includes the following tasks:
- Act as a point of contact for calls, chat, and email from users
- Provide customer service to our clients
- Assist and communicate with customers via various channels, including phone
- Answer customer inquiries and guide them with any product issues
- Handle complaints
- This position is full-time (40 hours per week)
- Direct customer support at major events around the world
- Other tasks as needed
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English.
- Experience in customer support is recommended and seen as an advantage.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and tasks, with strong communication skills to express yourself clearly and concisely.
