The client is a high-functioning autistic young man who enjoys music, languages, puzzles, and walks.

We are looking for someone who is cheerful, attentive, responsible, proactive, and engaged. You should have no problem working independently.

You should have the ability to see solutions instead of problems and maintain a positive outlook to handle situations when he becomes stressed, providing support in all situations.

Experience in the assistance profession and neuropsychiatric disabilities is desired.

However, the greatest emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, as the most important thing is that you and the client get along and function well together.

You may preferably be a woman aged 50 and above.

Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is required, as some communication is in writing.

The position is 75% (you should be able to work extra during illness and vacation).

A driver's license and access to a car are required. There are no bus connections.
