Engineer for Swedish technical company with high international presence manufacturing self-developed measuring instruments. The product contains advanced X-ray technology and is installed at many universities and research centers around the world. We are looking for someone experienced in handling electronics, precision mechanics, sensors, control systems, and their software. Someone who enjoys the dynamic environment of a smaller company and finds it exciting to meet customers in other countries.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience with systems where electronics, mechanics, sensors, control systems, and software interact.
• Is skilled in assembling, integrating, testing, and analyzing technically advanced systems
• Can coordinate and plan deliveries with others
• Enjoys international customer contact
• Appreciates the cohesion and innovative spirit of a smaller company

Requirements

• At least 3 years of engineering studies at university level, post high school
• Good experience in integrating and analyzing advanced systems containing mechatronics, both hardware and software. Proficient in hands-on work, with high demands on precision and quality.
• Travel availability approximately 1-4 times per year, to different continents
• Good collaboration and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate in English

Merits:

• Work experience post university, 3 years or more.
• Experience in roles involving technical coordination and customer contact
• Deeper knowledge in one or more of these areas:
• Mechanical design
• Specifications and drawing documentation (CAD)
• Electronic components
• Software and control systems (LabView)
• License management
