Who are we looking for? We are looking for social and ambitious individuals who are motivated to help customers. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment with a great team spirit. Our only requirement is that you have completed high school, are a native Swedish speaker, can speak English, have a clean credit history, and a clean criminal record.

About the role: As a customer service representative, you will assist customers with their payment solutions and provide high-quality service. The work is mainly done through inbound calls, but also email and chat.

Working hours:

• Monday-Sunday: 9:00-23:00 (mixed shifts)
