Who are we looking for?

We are looking for social and ambitious individuals who are motivated by helping customers. You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a great team spirit. Our only requirement is that you have completed high school, have Swedish as your native language, can speak English, have a clean credit history, and a clean criminal record.

About the role:

As a customer service representative, you will assist customers with their payment solutions and deliver high-quality service. The work is mainly done via incoming calls, but also email and chat.

Working hours:

• Monday-Sunday: 9:00-23:00 (Cypriot time, mixed shifts)
