Your responsibilities:

Together with the rest of the team of service technicians, you will work on preventive maintenance, service, and installation of Alimak's products, which are often found in various industries and construction sites in Sweden and abroad. You may also be involved in the development and production of the products.
Most of your working time will be spent on construction and industrial elevators, but there are also some new installations and special projects. The work also includes some administrative tasks such as handling service protocols and documentation for invoicing.

You will operate from home with your own fully equipped service vehicle and will be responsible for the Stockholm region, covering approximately the area between Södertälje and Gävle. Longer service assignments are common, as you will be out for about a week and stay in hotels near the service locations.
There are also opportunities for international travel for the ambitious and interested, as there are customers in other countries, including the Bahamas, Estonia, Latvia, and more.

Your background:

You have a high school education, for example, from:

• Electrical and Energy Program.
• Vehicle Program.
• Industrial Technology Program.

You possess skills in the following areas:

• Mechanics, electronics, or installation.
• Automation or similar.

The assignment requires:

• Good knowledge of both Swedish and English.
• Ability to express yourself well in both speech and writing.
• Good physical condition is important, as work is often carried out at heights and heavy lifting is involved.

As a person, you should be:

• Outgoing, social, and service-oriented.
• Enjoy working in a team.
• Independent and not hesitate to take your own initiatives and decisions.
• Solution-oriented and have a positive attitude when faced with complex challenges.
