About the assignment

We are looking for an operations technician for our client in the southern part of Stockholm. The position is a consulting assignment via Bemannia that is expected to start immediately and lasts for 6 months, with the possibility of extension. The working rate for the assignment is 100%. The work takes place on-site at the client's premises.Your tasks

As an operations technician at the client, you are responsible for carrying out operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upkeep of the properties' technical systems. This means that you, together with your colleagues, ensure that these systems function. You participate in the planning of preventive maintenance work.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Planning and performing inspections, maintenance of heating, ventilation, substations, fan rooms, cooling systems, and other technical spaces
• Operation optimization/energy optimization
• Computerized operation monitoring and control systems
• Systematic fire protection work (SBA)

As an operations technician, you have a customer-facing role, so we are looking for someone who is service-oriented and enjoys having many different customer contacts. Clear communication and being attentive to the customer's needs are important parts of the job. You are self-driven but also work well in a team with your colleagues. You are of course updated on new technology and have the ability and willingness to work forward-looking. You are proactive and solve problems creatively.

Your qualifications

• High school education in operations and maintenance or equivalent education or equivalent knowledge acquired through employment as an operations technician/operations courses
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience as an operations technician
• Experience with ventilation, heating, control, and monitoring systems
• Driving license B

Meritorious

• Experience in operation optimization and/or energy optimization
• Limited electrical authorization
