Experienced Electrician Wanted

We are looking for an experienced electrician who wants to lead our installation team during the commissioning of energy systems. You will be responsible for planning, troubleshooting, and quality assurance on-site, with a focus on safety and customer training. Job Responsibilities

The role involves leading a small team during installations at customer sites. Responsibilities include planning, commissioning, and integration of energy systems on-site, with a broad practical responsibility in electrical, mechanical, software, and troubleshooting. In addition to training the customer's operators and maintenance technicians, you will ensure that the installation site is ready and meets necessary electrical standards. The role requires collaboration with customers, third-party suppliers, and energy providers, as well as reporting project status to the company's management. Additionally, the development of safety and quality processes and field services (maintenance/repair) as needed is included. Regular travel is a central part of the job.

Qualifications

• Electrician with approximately 5 years of experience
• Relevant education in electrical engineering, energy technology, or equivalent
• Analytical, problem-solving, and good communication skills
• Committed to sustainability issues and wants to make a difference
• Good communication skills in both English and Swedish
• Driver's license (B)

Experience with BESS or similar systems is a plus.
