In the role of Service Technician at SEOM, you will work within the operations unit in the business area of Water and Waste. The operations unit consists of an operations manager, operations and maintenance technicians, service technicians, meter technicians, and pipe layers; together you form a team of 14 people. As a service technician, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of SEOM's pressure boosting stations and pumping stations. Your tasks include rounds and supervision of the facilities, emergency and planned service of pumps, control and monitoring, troubleshooting, and emergency interventions during alarms.

The work environment involves working in pumping stations with wastewater as well as in SEOM's workshop, places where safety is of utmost importance. To ensure a safe working environment, it may be required to work in pairs. You will therefore collaborate closely with other service technicians. You will work around Sollentuna Municipality. In the long run, on-call duty may also be included in the position.

Since the role is adaptable based on your experience and ambition level, there are good opportunities to influence and put your own stamp on the work.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Experience in similar operations, including the operation, service, and maintenance of pumps
• Knowledge of operation and maintenance acquired through education or experience from similar work.
• Swedish spoken and written
• Driving license B

It is also meritorious if you have knowledge in electrical and automation as well as previous experience in control and monitoring systems. If you have experience in construction and building processes, this is also meritorious.
