Job Description

As a project manager in the Environmental and Planning Department, you will plan, lead, and coordinate infrastructure projects. Your tasks include procurement, monitoring schedules and cost estimates, as well as coordinating skills and project teams with a focus on quality and a good living environment for the municipality's residents and visitors. As a project manager, you also have overall responsibility based on budget and resource allocation.

Qualifications

The position requires a relevant university degree, e.g., with a focus on construction production, urban planning, or infrastructure, or work experience that the employer deems equivalent. We prefer that you have several years of work experience in project management from planning to implementation in the construction sector, and it is positive if you have experience working with procurements according to the Public Procurement Act.

To succeed in the role, you are thorough and responsible. You have the ability to plan and organize your work efficiently. Since we have close cooperation with other departments and companies within the municipal group, it is important that you are good at building relationships and that you have a great pedagogical and communicative ability. You have an understanding of projects both on an overall level and in detail. Furthermore, you have good knowledge of risks and challenges in projects. We value good cooperation and therefore place great emphasis on your personal qualities.
