Själandsgården's HVB is a family-oriented residential care home for young girls aged 15-21. We provide care and treatment based on CBT and complement it with, among other things, equine-assisted therapy. This means that we have our own horses on the farm that are handled daily.

We can offer a workplace in a lovely and rural environment, with its own bathing area and large pastures surrounding the house. We are looking for someone who can work when regular staff are absent and when additional support is needed.

The staff work shifts, which means working around the clock. As a substitute, you will initially assist with trips, recreational activities, cooking, and shopping. You need to enjoy various activities and have a keen interest in working with and guiding young people. You need to be resilient, see the benefits of varied work, and have a positive outlook. You need to have good self-awareness as the work involves some challenges.
