Currently, we are looking for dedicated security guards at Securus who want to work at crime scene surveillance and in the detention center in Bollnäs. We are seeking individuals who are used to collaborating with colleagues to ensure the quality of work and have the ability to adapt to different paces when the situation demands it. It is advantageous if you have experience working in the correctional system, psychiatry, or in a similar profession where you have interacted with people in vulnerable situations.

The position involves stepping in to cover vacant shifts in the detention center where you, together with your colleagues, manage the operation and handling of clients according to given procedures. In addition to shifts in the detention center, the position also includes temporary surveillance of sites that arise when there is suspicion of a crime, as well as monitoring clients receiving care at the hospital.

Qualifications for the Position

We are looking for individuals who are trained security guards. As Securus is a security-classified company that largely works with public authorities, a security check with a register review is conducted in accordance with the Security Protection Act.

For the position, Swedish citizenship and fluent proficiency in Swedish in both speech and writing are required. The position occasionally involves receiving and conveying necessary information regarding the authority's handling of detained individuals. You also need to be able to speak and understand English.

We expect security guards to have good physical fitness to the extent that you can handle the demanding situations that occasionally arise in the position.
