Job Description

We at Randstad are now looking for a firefighter for a temporary position with our client in Sandviken. As a consultant at Randstad, you are employed by us and work out at one of our clients. The assignment will include the following tasks:

·        Join the operational response team

·        Together with your team, be responsible for the maintenance of fire and rescue equipment within the industrial area and at the fire station.

·        Preventive work and continuous maintenance of rescue equipment and vehicles.

The assignment period is from March to August. Day and night shifts according to schedule.

We are looking for someone who is responsible, unpretentious, and curious about a varied role with many points of contact. As a consultant, you are an ambassador for Randstad and represent us in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Approved in one of the following training programs: SMO training, Rescue Operations/GRIB, or 15 weeks firefighter training.
• Treadmill test at 8-degree incline at a speed of 4.5 km/h must be attached to the application (no more than two months old)
• Approved firefighter and healthy according to the Work Environment Authority's requirements for firefighting
• Requirement for a C driver's license
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Must be at least 18 years old

·        Strength tests

·        Interview
