Job Responsibilities

Examples of roles:

System Administrator: A system administrator, also known as sysadmin, is an IT professional responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's computer systems and network infrastructure.
Database Administrator: A database administrator, often abbreviated as DBA, is an IT professional who specializes in managing and maintaining databases within an organization.

Your Profile and Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience working in 2nd or 3rd line support

- Knowledge of server administration in a mixed IT environment

- Very good knowledge of Azure AD

- Extensive experience in deep troubleshooting of clients and servers

- Basic knowledge and interest in the database layer

- Experience in handling urgent issues and incidents in a ticketing system

Desirable:

Driver's license
Responsible for onboarding new staff
Experience in leading internal projects in a Service Desk
