General Practitioner for Norrtälje South Health Center

About the Position

As a general practitioner with us, you will meet patients of all ages, both in acute and planned receptions, both digitally and physically.

In your role, you will also supervise AT, ST, and BT doctors and support other professional categories in medical assessments. You are motivated to deliver high quality in your work and are a good collaborator among colleagues.

Your tasks include:

Standard reception work including annual visits and investigations, acute visits, minor surgical procedures
Round work with a nurse
Ongoing quality work both in your own unit and collectively within primary care at Tiohundra
Supervision of students and other professional categories
Digital healthcare meetings

About You

For this position, you need to:

Be a trained specialist in general medicine with Swedish certification
Have good language skills in Swedish in writing and speaking
Have experience in primary care

About Us

Norrtälje South Health Center has over 10,500 listed patients and employs about 35 staff. The health center is located in central Norrtälje.

At the health center, you will have colleagues with high competence and extensive experience. We are a stable team with broad expertise characterized by a good working environment and cooperation across professional boundaries. Here you will find diabetes nurses, heart failure nurses, asthma/COPD clinic, and an elderly care clinic. The health center also has a rehabilitation team with a counselor and psychologist as well as a rehabilitation coordinator. All staff categories are involved in student supervision in one way or another, something we believe contributes to the fact that we have often received top marks from our medical candidates. A good grade is that our ST doctors have chosen to stay with us - something we are very proud of!

Tiohundra has 5 health centers and 1 branch health center. We collaborate on quality and development issues both towards the hospital and other activities within the company.
