About the Role

As an energy consultant, you will be part of a team we call Sustainability & Energy Management. You will work on energy and sustainability-related issues in properties to help customers achieve their goals primarily in the energy area. Mainly by driving projects to reduce energy and environmental impact in properties through operational optimizations, as well as initiating energy projects, leading energy management systems, conducting energy surveys and energy declarations, and conducting follow-ups. You will work across our organization and collaborate with other business areas and client assignments.

In your role, you will;

• Work operationally on your various assignments.
• In some cases, have assignment responsibility in individual projects and accompanying responsibility for planning, results, and finances.
• Actively work to sell jobs to the business through new and existing customers.
• In some cases, prepare quotes for inquiries and own proposals.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in areas such as energy, property technology, or installation technology.
• Very good communication skills in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as well as good knowledge of English, both verbally and in writing.
• Relevant post-secondary education in energy, technology, or similar.
• Good computer skills and good knowledge of the Office package.

Meriting:

• Experience in control and regulation technology
• Experience in HVAC design
• Property knowledge
• Experience in operational optimization in properties
• Driver's license B
