The Energifabriken Group is a producer and distributor specialized in renewable fuels with a firmly rooted vision to accelerate the transition and make it easy to choose renewable options today. Their customers are located throughout Sweden and operate mainly within the transportation industry, energy sector, and the marine sector. Energifabriken is a family-owned group with strong values such as personality, honesty, and simplicity, and a solid knowledge of fuels, raw materials, and climate issues. Within the group, there are also companies working on electrification solutions and bio-oils. The group currently has a turnover of approximately SEK 2.4 billion and offices in Linköping, Lund, Gothenburg, Karlshamn, Gävle, Vadstena, and Fredrikstad in Norway. They are now looking to strengthen their sales organization in Sweden, where you, together with existing salespeople, will be part of a fantastic team that plays a crucial role in Sweden's transition efforts.

Responsibilities

As an Account Sales Specialist, you play a key role in selling products and services that help corporate customers achieve their sustainability goals. In this role, you will focus on selling the CarbonGo service, which offers climate benefits through certificates for renewable fuels – where customers do not need to handle the fuel themselves. You are responsible for building your own customer base through active prospecting with a focus on larger companies in Sweden. This involves identifying potential customers ready for climate-smart solutions and closing new deals in a market ripe for these services. Subsequently, you are responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships in the long term. To succeed, a high pace and business acumen, great commitment, and the ability to build trust with new customers are required.

You own the sales process from start to finish, where you need to be flexible and find alternative ways and creative solutions for customers to choose Energifabriken's offering. The role includes participating in trade fairs and other relevant events to establish new contacts and present solutions. Furthermore, you are part of a team of seven other salespeople and collaborate closely with other departments in the organization. At the beginning, you will receive a thorough introduction to Energifabriken's offerings and the new CarbonGo service, providing you with the tools to succeed in your role. Travel is a natural part of the position, and with your drive and ability to generate business, you contribute to Energifabriken's success and their customers' sustainability journey.

    Education, experience, and personal qualities

      • Higher education in a relevant field or equivalent experience
      • Work experience in B2B sales, preferably focusing on complex products or solutions
      • Industry experience in sustainability is a merit
      • Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
      • Driver's license (B)
