Job Ad: Childcare Worker/Leisure Educator at Kästaskolan

Kästaskolan is a growing F-6 school with about 280 students, as well as an adapted primary school with 29 students. The school was built in 2015, which means that we have both nice indoor facilities and beautiful outdoor environments.

About the Position

Your main task as a childcare worker/leisure educator is to stimulate students' development and learning, as well as to offer them a meaningful time at the leisure center. This is done by supporting and strengthening the students during leisure time. You should take care of the students' needs, interests, and experiences, but also ensure that the students are continuously challenged by being inspired to make new discoveries.

We are now looking to strengthen our leisure center at the adapted primary school with two educators. Your mission is to offer students a stimulating time at our leisure center, where we want to provide several different activities every day. The position is 50% and is a temporary assignment/substitute for 3 months. As afternoon staff, you will arrive after lunch to support the existing personnel. Entry by agreement.

Who Are You?

We prefer that you have a childcare education or leisure educator education. It is highly meritorious if you have experience with adapted primary school. You are confident in yourself and find it easy to take your own initiatives, you enjoy helping and supporting others.
