Take on the challengeAs a Business Developer, you will work on identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships to create new business opportunities in line with the company's goals. By identifying potential external partners, you will build long-term relationships, conduct negotiations, and manage agreements to ensure mutual value creation. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness and success of partnerships and implementing continuous improvements. As a Business Developer, you are also responsible for ensuring that our agreements comply with relevant rules and standards.
The position is located in our marketing department in Jönköping, and in addition to marketing, you will also work closely with several other departments, such as sales and product development, to ensure a coordinated and efficient implementation of partnership initiatives.
Our perfect match
- Post-secondary education in business administration, sales, marketing, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience working with strategic partnerships, business development, sales, or a similar role focusing on creating and managing partnerships that drive business growth.
- Demonstrated experience of previous successes in achieving or exceeding goals, especially in areas focusing on generating revenue and new business opportunities.
- Experience in managing projects from idea to implementation, preferably with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements.
- Experience in negotiating and structuring agreements that balance both commercial and legal requirements.
