Who are we, your future colleagues?

The department you would belong to is the group's common resource for driving larger, complex, or unique projects. The group's operations and thus your assignment span such diverse areas as solar, wind, and hydropower, waste management and recycling, production of district heating and cooling, drinking water production, wastewater treatment, and biogas production. New elements in the project palette for the future include, for example, energy storage, carbon capture, and hydrogen production. As a project manager with us, you become a crucial piece in the work of leading and driving the group's projects for a better future for both people and the environment.

There are 17 project managers in the department today who possess a lot of expertise. We have backgrounds in several areas and educations such as higher education engineer, civil engineer, environmental scientist, agronomist, and plant technician. We and the operations at large have a lot of knowledge to share while also being eager to learn what you can contribute with us!

Your responsibilities:

As a project manager, you are responsible for leading, planning, and executing one or more projects from feasibility study to realization. This includes tasks such as:

• Conducting investigations and feasibility studies
• Leading design and procurement of assignments with various contract forms
• Leading the realization of construction and infrastructure projects
• Responsible for time, quality, and economy throughout the project's phases

What do we want you to bring?

• Engineering degree or equivalent competence or experience
• Experience as a project manager or other relevant leadership experience
• Driver's license B
• Ability to express yourself verbally and in writing, in both Swedish and English

It's a plus if you have experience in one or more of the following areas: construction industry, energy production, or process industry.
