This is an opportunity for a developing role with significant responsibilities in a company with a secure and established brand operating in an exciting market.

As a project manager at Grebo EL, you will be responsible for installation projects, from project planning to delivery. You will become a key person in the company and will play an important role in our continued journey forward, where you will have a great opportunity to influence and develop in your role.

As a project manager with us, you will have overall responsibility for the project's timeline, budget, and results. You will be involved in the work of calculations that form the basis for quotes and upcoming projects. In your role, you will work closely with customers and suppliers, but most importantly, you will work closely with our installers whom you will lead in their daily work.

You will report to the CEO and the position is based at our office in Linköping. We expect you to have good experience from our industry and that you currently hold a project manager role within electrical engineering. Therefore, we believe you are experienced in managing projects of various sizes and have a genuine interest in project management and development issues.

You have a qualification in electrical engineering at least at the high school level, but we consider it meritorious if you have supplemented with a higher education.

You are proficient in Microsoft 365 and the Office suite, and preferably have experience with other business systems. A valid driver's license B (manual) is required.

We would like you to be a person with strong drive, engaged, and business-oriented in your professional role.

With your analytical skills and good structure, you maintain a high solution focus in your assignments.

You are service-oriented and communicative and have a good ability to create strong relationships with customers and suppliers to achieve successful collaborations and business.

You are a pronounced team player and can inspire and motivate your colleagues to achieve great results and thus satisfied customers.
