We are an expanding renovation company based in Limhamn, currently looking for a versatile and driven project manager to join our team. We are seeking someone with experience in the construction industry who wants to be part of our journey forward!

About the role

As a project manager with us, you will have a central role where you will handle everything from project planning to implementation and completion. Your responsibilities include:

• Handling insurance damages and renovation projects from start to finish.
• Customer contact and meetings, including kick-off and wrap-up meetings.
• Calculating and preparing quotes (experience with MEPS is advantageous).
• Managing and planning craftsmen and subcontractors.
• Invoicing and other administrative tasks.

You will be a key link between customers, colleagues, and subcontractors, and together with our clients, we build teams that deliver high quality in our projects.

Formal qualifications and experience

• Previous experience in project management, preferably in construction or renovation.
• Good understanding of construction processes, quote handling, and administrative workflows.
• Experience working in Mac environments and with iPhones is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using the Office suite and systems like Bygglet or MEPS is a big plus.
• A driver's license is required.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, with knowledge of English or Polish being advantageous.
