We purchase empty properties that we renovate and rent out. Skilled carpenter with at least 3 years of experience is required. Must be able to work both independently and with others. A driver's license is not a requirement but is a clear advantage. Must be able to work independently with repairs and maintenance of the company's properties. A driver's license is an advantage.
