We are a renovation company based in Limhamn that is expanding and looking for more skilled craftsmen. With us, you will work in a varied and exciting environment where we offer everything from minor insurance damages to extensive total renovations. Our focus is on construction services for private individuals, where we have the trust to restore damages and create sustainable solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a versatile craftsman with good experience in several craft areas. We value breadth and versatility over expertise in a single area. To thrive and succeed with us, it is important that you have experience in various types of renovation work and are comfortable handling multiple tasks.

We are also looking for someone who is curious and unafraid to learn new things. Stepping outside your comfort zone and exploring areas where you have less experience is something we highly value. With us, you have the opportunity to broaden your skills and develop in your professional role by working on various projects and tasks.

What We Seek in Our New Employee:

• Years of experience in construction services and renovation work for private individuals.
• Broad expertise in several construction areas, such as:
• Spackling, painting, and wallpapering.
• Flooring and kitchen furniture assembly.
• Tiling (highly advantageous, but not required).
• Bathroom renovations according to BKR standards.
• At least 3 years of experience in full-time work in the construction and construction service industry.
• Good language skills in Swedish (other languages such as Polish or English are advantageous).
• Driver's license B (access to a car is advantageous).
• Experience working with Bygglet and MEPS is a big plus.

We are looking for someone who is self-reliant, structured, and orderly, with a problem-solving attitude. You are comfortable working independently but also a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues.

Responsibilities

With us, the tasks are varied and can include everything from minor repairs to major renovations. You will work with:

• Demolition, plastering, and rebuilding.
• Interior renovations like spackling, painting, wallpapering, and flooring.
• Tiling and bathroom renovations (if you have the expertise).
• Assembly of kitchen furniture.
• Handling insurance damages, from minor repairs to major restoration projects.
