General Practitioner Specialist - Onsala

About the Role

As a general practitioner specialist, you will encounter a diverse range of tasks with opportunities to shape your own work situation. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for a limited number of patients. Our healthcare center is associated with three nursing homes.

We utilize digital tools for our work, and you will be expected to assist our patients through chat and video when appropriate.

Our focus is on ensuring that each patient interaction is unique and the best it can be. About the Workplace

The Onsala healthcare center serves over 10,600 residents who have chosen to register with us. We are a large multidisciplinary team of around 45 individuals, all contributing to optimizing the healthcare center's offerings based on the residents' needs. We have the expertise and resources necessary to provide quality and personalized care, including rehabilitation, child healthcare, asthma/COPD, diabetes care, and psychology services.

We prioritize a work environment where everyone can take pride in their work and where we grow together. In 2025, we will focus heavily on developing and enhancing the fantastic resources at our disposal.

About You

We are looking for a qualified general practitioner specialist. You should have the ability to work in a structured yet flexible manner and create conditions for a smooth workflow at the practice. You are proactive and eager to contribute to the development of our practice. We believe in strong teamwork where collaboration among our different professions fosters a positive atmosphere and professional interactions with our residents.

To ensure effective and secure communication with colleagues, patients, and other contacts, proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is required. Personal suitability will be given significant consideration.
