As a tool technician, you will be part of an exciting journey where Plasman strives to streamline their injection molding tools and deliver products that meet the strict quality requirements of customers.

You will have a close collaboration with project, production, maintenance technicians, spare parts manager, maintenance manager, and maintenance engineers. The maintenance team also consists of twenty diverse maintenance technicians, five toolmakers, facility technicians and specialists, electricians, and a production mechanic.

Main areas of work:

• Develop and optimize operations within the area of responsibility.
• Ensure that maintenance on the tools is carried out according to routine and on time.
• Participate in the preparation work for the introduction of new projects in injection molding.
• Represent maintenance at process meetings, new acquisitions, and modification of injection molding tools.
• Ensure that we have complete and up-to-date documentation of all equipment and components within your area of responsibility.
• Support maintenance technicians with troubleshooting, advanced repairs, and equipment improvements as needed.
• Knowledge in milling, welding, turning, pneumatics

Profile:We are looking for someone with a 3-year education as a tool technician. Or 3-5 years of experience in tool technical work.
